We accept return applications in the following cases:
Return application period: Customers must submit a return application within 30 days after receiving the product. Expired returns will not be accepted.
Product status: The product must be unused, undamaged, and the original packaging must be intact.
Invoice and receipt: The original purchase invoice or receipt must be provided when returning the product.
We will not be able to process returns in the following cases:
The product has been used, damaged, or partially missing (except for non-transportation damage or product defects).
Exceeded the return period.
The product was not purchased through the official channel of LUO PERFECT LLC.

Return Approval: Our customer service team will review your return request and send you a return approval notification.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to product quality issues.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process a refund based on the following circumstances:
Eligible Return: If the return item is eligible, we will process a refund via the original payment method within 3-5 business days. The specific time it takes to arrive in your account will depend on your payment bank.
Return of Ineligible Items: If an item does not meet the return criteria, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
If the item you received was damaged during shipping or is obviously defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide relevant photos or evidence. We will provide you with the option of a replacement or refund.
